Our Policies

-Orders must be picked up when scheduled to. By ordering, you are verifying that you are able to pick up your order on the scheduled date & time slot you've selected. All rescheduling must be inquired at least 72 hours prior to pick-up. Rescheduling is at the full discretion of the JaelJib team and approval is not guaranteed.

-Cancellations must be made at least one week before your scheduled pick-up date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 6-4 days before your pick-up will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 3 days or less from your pickup date are not eligible for a refund.

-JaelJib is a small, home based bakery. Therefore, although we take the necessary precaution to avoid cross contamination, if you have an allergy/intolerance we strongly recommend ordering from a bakery that specializes in allergen free products. JaelJib shall not be held accountable if an allergic reaction were to occur.

-Zero tolerance hate policy. Any hateful (homophobic, transphobic, racist, antisemitic, ableist, etc.) requests will be cancelled immediately. This means no slurs of any kind even if you are apart of said community.

- JaelJib is not responsible for the mishandling of cakes after pick-up. We are unable to offer a refund to orders picked up through a third-party (friends, family, any delivery services, etc.).
