My calendar opens one month in advance. If the date you'd like to pickup is more than a month away, please check back closer to your desired pickup date.

If the date or time you'd like to pickup is less than a month away and unavailable, please feel free to DM me on Instagram @jaeljib and I may be able to accommodate your desired pickup date/time, however it is not guaranteed.

Where are you located?

Typically no. The only cakes I deliver are wedding cakes.

Is my add-on/topping edible?

Non-Edible Add-Ons Include:

  • Disco Balls
  • Fabric Bows

All other add-ons are edible!

What kind of icing do you use?

I use Swiss Meringue Buttercream which consists of pasturized egg whites, butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.

If you choose an icing other than Buttercream (ex. Cream Cheese), the outside of the cake will still be decorated with Buttercream and the inside will be filled with your chosen icing.

Do you make everything from scratch?

Yes! I pride myself on making everything I sell from scratch.

How do I store my cake?

Cakes should be stored in a refrigerator as soon as possible.

Before enjoying, let the cake rest outside the refrigerator at room temperature for 30-60mins. This allows for it to soften, resulting in a smoother buttercream and moister cake.

Please do not leave cakes outdoors or in cars for a prolonged period of time; buttercream is made primarily out of butter and will melt.

Cakes typically last 5-7 days in an airtight container in the fridge and up to 1 month in an airtight container in the freezer. If the cake is not stored in an airtight container after cutting, it will become very dry.

I want a larger cake, how do I order that?

Please send all large cake inquires (over 8 inches, larger tiered cakes) to @jaeljib on Instagram
