Hey y'all! I'm Jael, the founder of JaelJib :) I'm 21, a spicy pisces, and a cute cafe connoisseur. I love weekends in Savannah, New Girl, Faye Webster and Daniel Caesar! I've always had a love for baking ever since I was a kid but during the pandemic is really when my fascination for vintage or "lambeth" style cake bloomed. I was born and raised here in Atlanta and gained my pastry knowledge from accredited restaurants such as LongLeaf Restaurant located in the Atlanta Botanical Garden and the Historical Druid Hills Golf Club. At 19 I started JaelJib out of my apartment and now, two years later, I've somehow managed to gain over 10,000 followers on Instagram and had the pleasure of baking for Summer Walker, Connar Franklin, Aaron Carpenter, and Aliyah's Interlude! As someone who used to quit their job every couple of months out of boredom, I'm happy to have finally found a field of work that genuinely brings me so much joy and excitement. My heart still jumps every time I get an order and its thanks to people like you that I truly have my dream job!
